Robert Meeder is the former President of SPEDD, Inc., a network of nineteen business incubator facilities in Western Pennsylvania, Northeast Ohio, and Southwestern New York. Dr. Meeder currently serves as President and Founder of Pittsburgh Gateways Corporation. He holds a Bachelors Degree from Westminster College, a Masters from Duquesne University and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
