David Sweeny is a specialist in industrial revitalization and fostering social enterprises and emerging manufacturers. He formerly served as CEO of Greenpoint Manufacturing and Design Center Local Development Corporation in Brooklyn, New York and Greyston Bakery in Yonkers, New York. He is founder and President of PDS Development Corporation, a real estate development and finance company. Mr. Sweeny graduated magna cum laude in Economics from the University of Vermont, where he received both the Eastman Kodak Award and the Converse Award for economic research and publication.
