Dan Horvath, Esq., is a national specialist in revolving loan funds, intermediary relending programs and bank-owned CDC consortia. He previously served as president of Community Equity Investments, Inc. (CEII) in Pensacola, Florida and as a staff attorney with the National Economic Development and Law Center. He wrote portions of the Lawyer’s Manual for Community-based Economic Development. Mr. Horvath is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and Hunter College.
