Chuck Grigsby has been a member of the Consortium since 1990 and recently retired as President of Massachusetts Growth Capital Corp., Charlestown, MA. He previously served as Director of the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development and as President of the Massachusetts Community Development Finance Corporation. He is a graduate of Harvard College. (Mr. Grigsby is currently not available for projects in Massachusetts.)
