Brian Blaesser, Esq., concentrates in real estate, economic development, land use and financial institutions law. Mr. Blaesser is the co-author/co-editor of “Land Use and the Constitution: Principles for Planning Practice” (an AICP handbook). He is experienced in conducting analyses for and the drafting of land use and development regulations for local governments to implement zoning and urban design policies. Mr. Blaesser is a partner in the Boston firm of Robinson & Cole. He received his law degree from Boston College and a Masters in Urban Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
