Roger Frankoff is EDAC’s specialist on HUD 108 programs and assists clients with respect to using HUD economic development initiatives to capitalize commercial and industrial ventures. While serving simultaneously as President of Development Solutions Inc., Mr. Frankoff has functioned as a member of EDAC’s “SWAT” team for the HUD Section 108 program. He has also served as an affiliate of EDAC for the preparation of the Community Empowerment Fund concept (prepared for HUD) and has assisted EDAC clients and their municipalities in pursuing HUD Section 108 funds for economic development initiatives. He previously served as a Senior Director for the National Development Council and as the Economic Development Administrator for the City of Charleston (SC). Mr. Frankoff holds a degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina.
