Dileep Rao has extensive experience in assisting community development corporations, economic development agencies and manufacturing and commercial businesses in community revitalization initiatives. Dr. Rao has specialized in CDC economic development projects for a number of decades with ongoing relationships focusing on rural CDCs, particularly Impact Seven in Western Wisconsin. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bombay, as well as an M.S. in Industrial Engineering and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
